We already have a strong technical team that handles all processing and compliance. If you bring the attitude and the ownership, we will teach you the rest. The Role: Client Relationship Manager This is not a traditional accounting role. You won’t be buried in spreadsheets or preparing tax returns. You will be front and centre with some of Australia’s most innovative digital and consumer brands: Owning client communication and relationships Working closely with e-commerce founders and operators Coordinating workflow between clients, our offshore team and onshore accountants Managing deadlines, priorities and deliverables across your portfolio Helping clients understand key issues and navigating them through the process Driving stronger processes, systems and efficiencies internally Becoming a trusted go-to point for fast-moving e-commerce and retail clients If you enjoy taking ownership, keeping things moving, and making clients feel understood and supported, you will excel here. What You Will Be Doing Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure they feel supported and informed Coordinate workflows between our offshore team and onshore accountants Monitor deadlines, manage compliance calendars and ensure deliverables stay on track Improve processes, introduce efficiencies and champion best practices Support Partners and Managers with client summaries, updates and follow-ups Use modern systems, cloud tools and automation to streamline work Build strong, trusted relationships with founders and brand operators (Any technical accounting skills required will be taught on the job.)
