You prepare the day for our nurses and doctors, keep the workflow tight and make sure care is delivered in a timely manner. You will be part of a close team that thrives on purpose. You will handle high volume tickets, build strong relationships with nurses and clinicians and play a crucial part in improving the lives of aged care residents. What you will do Medical appointment scheduling for clinicians using a healthcare ticketing system called TOMSS Ticket and schedule management for current day and pre-planning for next day Create and send telehealth links for telehealth practitioners Liaise with nurses through phone, Slack and email Follow clear scheduling processes, operational thresholds and checklists Grow from supporting one facility to managing multiple as you gain confidence Responsible to complete day-to-day administrative tasks to support effective operational maintenance and optimization What makes this role worth it Real purpose. 96% of our people feel their work matters.
