About Your Role Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to work within our Strategy & Impact Division. Reporting to the Head of New Business, you play a critical role in evaluation potential New Business including Merger and Acquisition opportunities. In addition, you will assist the Head of New Business to identify opportunities, undertaking in-depth financial and non-financial analysis of target entities. Your Key Focus Assist with development and implementation of Scope’s overall New Business and Merger & Acquisition strategy to drive growth Identify new service lines, potential merger/ acquisition targets Undertake evaluation of target companies, including financial, operational, industrial relations, IT and cultural aspects Communicating with and coordinating various senior internal and external stakeholders – including SLT/ ELT What We Look For Exceptional proficiency in financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis Qualified Chartered Accountant membership Strong understanding of industrial awards (preferably in disability sector) Understanding of the NDIS business models Proven ability to step into a leadership position and manage internal and external stakeholders Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Merger & Acquisition will be highly beneficial View the position description here!
