Position Purpose: We are looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving data-led decision-making across the marketing function. Reporting to the Marketing Performance Analyst Manager, this role will focus on generating actionable insights to optimise traffic to our clinics, lead generation, campaign performance, and the overall customer lifecycle. About the Marketing Team: The Marketing team owns the end-to-end performance of the upper funnel — from driving traffic and generating leads to managing campaigns and improving customer conversion. We ensure visibility and control over every step of the funnel, using insights to continuously improve performance. Our goal is to meet and exceed business targets through strategic actions, measurement, and an effective operating model. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and performance data to generate actionable insights for key business stakeholders. Monitor and report on the average duration of each funnel stage; define performance targets, track progress, and recommend corrective actions when needed. Maintain and continuously improve existing dashboards and analytical tools to support reporting and decision-making. Develop ad hoc reports and analyses in response to business needs and strategic priorities. Apply statistical and analytical methods to solve real-world business problems and uncover opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Marketing department, including Digital, Brand, CRM, and the Call Centre, to align strategies and maximise performance impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with REX, Finance and HR, and other departments to minimise inefficiencies and enhance retail productivity. Regularly review and optimise KPIs and best practices, with a strong focus on improving the routines and outcomes of the retail network. Act as a key liaison between Marketing and Field Operations to ensure a seamless and consistent in-store customer experience. Support the Manager in designing, launching, and executing initiatives aimed at improving in-store excellence and marketing impact. Essential Qualifications: Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or Business. Essential Experience: Proven experience in marketing roles with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and performance optimisation. Solid understanding of complex data structures, with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies. Hands-on experience in project management, particularly within Sales and Marketing functions in international or matrixed environments. Strong grasp of core marketing metrics and statistical concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world marketing scenarios. Background in performance-driven industries where continuous improvement and ROI are key. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, collaborating across departments such as Digital, CRM, Brand, and Sales.
