Description As Project Engineering Manager at EOS Defence Systems Australia, you will oversee planning and execution of engineering work aligned with project charters and plans. Acting as the key link between Engineering and the broader business, you’ll lead project planning, decision-making, and risk management while ensuring compliance with Australian Defence standards and ASDEFCON framework. You’ll manage configuration baselines, deliver technical data to customers, and develop strategies that maximize project success. This role requires deep knowledge of product life cycles, strong leadership, and proven experience in senior engineering roles. Skills And Experiences Key Responsibilities Act as the conduit between Engineering and the rest of the business. Develop and implement strategies that maximise project success. Lead project planning and project decision-making processes. Perform project assessment and control. Manage risks arising from Engineering and/or impacting Engineering. Manage Configuration Baselines and ensure deliver of appropriate Technical Data to customers. Experience 10 years or more experience in a Senior Engineering position. Knowledge and understanding of the Product Life Cycle Experience of the Australian Defence technical regulation frameworks and standards Proven experience in the project/program execution within the ASDEFCON framework. A Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree within an Engineering Discipline.
