What we're looking for: Strong leadership and people management skills Passion for retail and customer service excellence Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling Passionate about visual presentation, stock accuracy, and creating memorable customer experiences Exposure to high volume, large format retailing Strong delegation with a focus on optimising team productivity Ability to manage inventory and operations efficiently (especially for Retail Inventory Lead role) Team players with positive, can-do attitudes Interested?
