About the Role We’re looking for a Production & Distribution Team Leader to join our Brisbane team and ensure the smooth, efficient delivery of our coffee across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a small, dedicated production and distribution team to deliver high-quality work, exceptional customer service and timely distribution outcomes. You’ll troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges, ensure accuracy in production and stock management, uphold Allpress quality standards, and support continuous improvement across the site. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and regional teams to support the wider operational goals of the business. What You’ll Do Lead the Team Train, coach and develop the production and distribution team Support recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews Run regular 1:1s, team meetings and skills development sessions Foster a supportive, knowledgeable and high-performing team culture Oversee Production, Distribution & Stock Management Ensure all coffee grinding, packing and stock movement meets quality standards Maintain accurate inventory records and complete regular stocktakes Carry out day-to-day operations as required, including order fulfilment, in-house distribution runs and general site upkeep Coordinate daily and weekly production and delivery schedules Monitor efficiency and ensure operational targets are met Deliver Excellent Customer Service Support customers with delivery queries and provide timely solutions Ensure delivery runs are well-coordinated and executed accurately Maintain friendly, helpful service across all interactions Support Equipment & Site Safety Ensure correct and safe use of machinery and equipment Report any faults or maintenance needs Promote a safety-first approach across all daily activities About You You’re a hands-on operational leader who enjoys bringing out the best in people and keeping things running smoothly. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring: Experience in production, warehouse, logistics or distribution environments Leadership or supervisory experience with a focus on coaching and development Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage daily operational demands Confidence using systems and maintaining accurate stock records A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills A collaborative, solutions-focused approach Confidence using Excel and operational systems to maintain accurate stock and reporting A forklift license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
