About this Position This role, based in Henkel’s Adhesives division, is responsible for turning demand requirements into clear production schedules while ensuring timely material procurement and effective inventory management. Key duties include creating and adjusting SAP production schedules, coordinating with Network Supply Planners, and confirming production batches accurately. The position also manages short lead-time material purchasing, internal warehouse transfers, and routine stock counts. Additional responsibilities include supporting SAP data upkeep, process improvements, and digital initiatives. The role works closely with production and other teams to communicate schedule changes, resolve constraints, and keep operations running smoothly. What you´ll do Create, maintain, and adjust SAP production schedules in line with supply requirements and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate with Network Supply Planners to address constraints and support on-time order fulfillment. Ensure accurate SAP batch confirmations and production record updates. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and capacity issues with cross-functional teams. Procure short lead-time raw and packaging materials and manage internal warehouse transfers. Oversee routine stock cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Support SAP data maintenance, process improvements, and digital/automation initiatives. Communicate production updates, schedule changes, and constraints to production and key stakeholders. What makes you a good fit Strong cross-functional communication skills to support production execution and inventory control. Ability to analyze scheduling conflicts, material constraints, and operational issues and implement proactive solutions. High attention to detail in production data management, inventory tracking, and reporting. Ability to work independently in a structured environment while managing multiple priorities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and stock movements. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for production planning, batch confirmation, and material management.
