The Role As a part-time Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role supporting our team, to ensure our properties are managed efficiently and in compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies. You’ll provide outstanding customer service to tenants and owners while supporting sustainable tenancies and contributing to our mission. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all systems Assisting with RTA bond processes and loans Acting as a communication point for tenants and owners Supporting rental collection and arrears recovery Coordinating inspections, valuations, tenancy sign-ups, lease reviews, and exits Liaising with Asset Management for property maintenance Handling financial and administrative tasks to company standards About You We are seeking a positive and reliable person with experience in a similar role to join our team on a part time basis, ideally you will have: Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) – mandatory Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and landlord insurance processes Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality housing Client-focused with excellent communication skills Confident using digital tools and property management systems Problem solving mindset and resilience under pressure Team player who builds positive relationships Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature.
