About the Role As the Senior Quality and Improvement Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening organisational quality, performance, and continuous improvement across all teams. Working closely with business units, you will analyse current processes, identify gaps, and support the design and implementation of improvements that enhance service delivery and organisational capability. You will lead and support quality and improvement projects, facilitate workshops to understand root causes, and contribute to the ongoing development and monitoring of the Quality and Improvement Framework. Your work will ensure that quality systems, documentation, processes, and compliance requirements (including ISO9001:2015) are effectively embedded across the organisation. This role also supports the maintenance of the Document Management System and SharePoint, collaborates on complaints and feedback compliance, and provides valuable advice and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. Ultimately, you will help build a culture of continuous learning, improved practice, and operational excellence. About You You are an analytical, solutions-focused professional who thrives on improving systems, processes, and organisational outcomes. You bring strong experience in business analysis, quality management, or process improvement, and you’re confident leading cross-functional work that aligns with strategic priorities. You Will Have: 5 years’ experience in a similar role and/or relevant degree Strong capability in business analysis, process mapping (BPMN), gap Understanding of ISO9001:2015 and quality audit requirements High-level proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and collaboration tools such as Miro Experience supporting quality frameworks, compliance, and documentation management Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and change support skills Most importantly, you are committed to improving organisational practice and enhancing outcomes for people accessing housing and support services.
