What you’ll be doing You will: Be the first point of contact for student enquiries on campus Manage and resolve cases end-to-end in line with service expectations Support students with enrolment, timetabling, systems access, finance queries and academic processes Provide international student administration support in accordance with ESOS and The National Code Contribute to Orientation, campus events and engagement activities Assist with informal complaint resolution Ensure timely and accurate processing of all student admin tasks Who we’re looking for Strong customer service, communication and people skills A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment High attention to detail and confidence using systems Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or admin is highly regarded Experience in higher education is a bonus but not essential Motivation to learn, grow and engage professionally within a university environment You must also have: Full Australian working rights — no work-hour restrictions Availability to work on campus full-time To read the full description about this role, please visit the link here: https://torrens.blackboard.com/bbcswebdav/xid-84607589_1 Why this opportunity?
