About the Role As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and visibility of I-MED across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage referrers and patients, and support business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will ensure campaigns are creative, targeted, and aligned with our purpose of saving lives and reducing uncertainty. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering Local Area Marketing (LAM) activity, including campaign planning, content development, and execution across digital, print, and in-clinic channels. Creating and managing EDMs, customer journeys, and marketing analytics through Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Supporting sales and operations teams with targeted collateral, GP/referrer marketing, and demand-generation initiatives. Coordinating referrer education, including webinar moderation and accreditation requirements. Managing marketing technology such as Tonic TV, and updating website pages and Google My Business listings. Reviewing performance data to optimise campaigns and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation. What We’re Looking For Experience in healthcare marketing (desirable), or other complex, multi-site environments. Strong skills in CRM management, with experience using Salesforce or similar platforms. Email journey building experience, including data extensions and analytics. Confident with basic Adobe Creative Suite to make creative amendments. Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills, working closely with sales, operations, and clinical teams. Understanding of GP/referrer marketing and local area marketing (desirable). Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities with autonomy.
