Join the BIG team on an ongoing, casual basis as a Planogram Merchandiser. You will be responsible for completing varies merchandising tasks such as planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing supporting Australia’s major retailers. About the Role: Approximately 20 - 30 hours per week in Rye and surrounds such as Hastings, Langwarrin, Somerville, Mount Eliza Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. ROLE BEGINS MID JANUARY 2026 Flexibility is required across Monday - Friday Essential day - Wednesday Key Responsibilities: - Building strong relationships with store personnel - Creating and maintaining quality planograms in store - Pricing and ticketing compliance - Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet - Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally Successful candidate will have: - Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment - Strong communication , organisational skills , and attention to detail - An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus - Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role BIG Benefits: Receive your roster 2 weeks in advance Competitive hourly rate - $32.79 per hour BIG Rewards & Internal referral program!
