As a Team Assistant, you’ll support advisers and the operations team with day-to-day tasks that keep the business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and great at building relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Experience: Support client interactions by assisting with communications, building strong relationships, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include preparing meeting rooms, offering refreshments, and delivering a professional, client-focused experience. Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, record-keeping and mail management to maintain smooth operations. Team Assistance: Provide support for projects and collaborate with advisers and operations staff to ensure deadlines and priorities are met. What You Bring: Minimum 6 months’ experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional demeanour and a proactive attitude Full Australian working rights No formal qualifications required – just a willingness to learn and contribute.
