As our next Restaurant Manager , you’ll: Be the Vibe: Lead from the front, set the tone, and create a space where guests feel welcome and your team feels inspired. Run the Show: Oversee FOH BOH operations, maintaining high standards in service, quality, and compliance. Grow Your Crew: Recruit, train, and develop your team to perform at their best every shift. Drive Results: Manage budgets, hit targets, and roll out ideas that lift performance and profitability. Stay Sharp: Keep stock, systems, and processes on point — no detail too small. Lift the Guest Experience: Spot opportunities, fix them fast, and turn every visit into a reason to return.
