Permanent Full Time Technical Projects & BAU Support Hybrid Working (WFH & Onsite) A trusted and respected IT service provider seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support, administration of cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure for customers across Brisbane QLD. The ideal candidate will have the demonstrated ability in IT support (Level 2), systems administration, and infrastructure maintenance, with proven skills in troubleshooting, implementation, and proactive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms. Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption. Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed. Ensure regular maintenance and optimization of customer IT systems. Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects both remotely and on-site. Regularly engage with customers to resolve issues and gather business requirements. Key Requirements: 2 years in IT professional services as IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer. Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support. Experience with Azure services and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience with basic Network LAN/WAN/VLAN configuration and support. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and eager to learn new technologies. A valid driver’s license and a car.
