Responsibilities Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market presence and drive growth. Identify new opportunities and translate consumer insights into effective initiatives. Lead campaign planning and manage the annual marketing calendar across all channels. Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and ambassadors to produce engaging content. Build and nurture online communities, ensuring conversations and engagement stay authentic. Represent the brand at events, in content, and across customer touchpoints. Monitor brand performance and work cross-functionally to optimise results. Maintain consistency across all brand communications and experiences. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in brand marketing with proven results. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social platforms. Excellent communication, copywriting, and organisational skills. Ability to work both autonomously and within a fast-paced team. High energy, initiative-driven, and customer-obsessed. Bonus: Experience in pet or tech industries, a relevant degree, familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma/Canva, and experience building active communities.
