Rostering Coordinator – NDIS Location: Liverpool office (onsite parking 1 WFH day per week) Salary: $78k Super Hours: Full-time, permanent We’re partnering with a lovely, growing NDIS provider in Liverpool who are looking for a friendly, clear-spoken, and organised Rostering Coordinator to join their close-knit team. Your day-to-day will include: Managing daily rostering and filling shifts across SIL homes and community clients Handling cancellations, shift changes, and last-minute replacements Ensuring participants receive workers who are suitable and aligned to their preferences Communicating roster updates clearly and professionally Supporting 24/7 SIL roster patterns (sleepover, active/inactive nights, etc.) Maintaining staff availability and compliance documentation Liaising closely with the SIL Team Leader, Operations Coordinator, and support workers Reviewing timesheets and assisting with payroll accuracy Keeping CRM/rostering systems up to date and producing basic reports What We’re Looking For We’re open to candidates with limited or new experience — as long as you are: A clear communicator with a friendly, approachable style Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a busy schedule Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Keen to learn and grow within the NDIS space Bonus points for: Rostering or scheduling experience Knowledge of NDIS or SIL services Experience using CRM or rostering software What’s on Offer A supportive Director and team who genuinely care Fun, relaxed culture with lots of laughs Real opportunity for long-term career progression Ready to apply?
