Connect Site Services have clients seeking reliable and motivated Trades Assistants and Electrical Trade Assistants to join thier FIFO teams across Western Australia . What You’ll Be Doing Assist skilled tradespeople (mechanical, electrical, or fabrication) on industrial and demolition projects Prepare, organise, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials on site Support electrical work under supervision (cabling, conduit, terminations, basic maintenance) Follow safety procedures and site requirements at all times Carry out general site duties including housekeeping, assisting with rigging/lifting, and moving materials What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a trades assistant or in a similar support role is desirable Electrical Trade Assistants must have basic electrical knowledge or be undertaking relevant studies Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions Safety-conscious with willingness to complete required tickets (White Card, Working at Heights, etc.) Physically fit and able to work on-site in varying conditions What We Offer Great rates and consistent project work Hands-on experience and exposure to skilled trades and industrial projects Supportive team environment and opportunity to learn and grow Well-organised sites and professional company culture Why Join Connect Site Services?
