About You 8 years’ experience in structural drafting, ideally in a consultancy environment. Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Australian Standards. Revit is not required for this role but there may be opportunities to implement down the line. Experienced in the luxury residential space, including new builds, alterations and additions. Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently. Strong communicator who works well with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders. Full working rights in Australia and based in, or able to relocate to, Sydney. About the Role Prepare detailed structural drawings from design through to construction. Maintain and enhance drafting standards, templates, and workflows. Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure drawings meet specifications. Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability. Provide guidance and support to junior drafters, sharing knowledge and best practices.
