A well-established, construction and fit-out business is looking for a capable and hands-on Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its marketing function. After several years of steady growth, the business is now looking to elevate its brand presence, strengthen its digital footprint, and bring greater consistency to its marketing and bid collateral. If you’re an all-rounder who enjoys both strategy and execution – and you like working closely with senior leaders to bring clarity, structure and creativity to a brand, this role will suit you well. The Opportunity In this role, you will own marketing end-to-end, partnering closely with Pre-Construction, Sales and senior management to build awareness, improve engagement, and support client-facing activity. You’ll be responsible for: Brand & Strategy Evolving and maintaining brand identity Developing marketing plans aligned to business priorities Ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels Digital & Content Managing website updates and contributing to an ongoing refresh Overseeing content and social media cadence (LinkedIn, Instagram) Coordinating photography, video and written content Running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads) and reporting on performance Collateral & Business Development Support Updating and producing capability decks, project sheets and tender collateral (InDesign) Managing the internal credentials library and project materials Supporting bid submissions and client presentations Events & Engagement Coordinating internal and external events, sponsorships and award submissions Showcasing projects, people and culture across various platforms What We’re Looking For 7 years’ experience in marketing – ideally within construction, fit-out, property, engineering or a related sector Strong Adobe InDesign skills and confidence producing polished collateral Experience managing social and digital channels, including paid campaigns Strong writing ability and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and partnering with senior leaders Practical, organised, collaborative – with a genuine can-do approach Why This Role Stands Out Join a stable, growing business with a strong reputation in the industry Full ownership of the marketing function with room to build and shape it A genuinely collaborative culture where your work makes a visible impact Competitive salary aligned to experience ( $120–130K super ) Onsite role in Sydney’s south, in a supportive and close-knit team environment How to Apply If you’re a confident marketing all-rounder who enjoys taking the lead, creating structure, and bringing brands to life, we’d love to hear from you.
