About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to work alongside one of our incredible client partners. Work 24-28 hours per week two days on-site in the Sydney CBD and two days from home. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the project management guru—juggle deadlines, briefs, and moving parts with precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Implement marketing & comms strategies that align with client objectives and translate into action. Plan, research, and roll out multi-channel campaigns across social, web, print, video, newsletters, and digital. Create compelling content for diverse audiences— create beautiful, engaging digital content—led by social media and supported by EDMs, internal updates, and occasional media releases—all crafted to reflect our brand’s tone, values, and heart. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise results. Lead marketing for premium events—from lecture series to conferences, Christmas fundraising gatherings, and Open Days. Manage key stakeholder relationships—build trust and confidence with client partners while providing clear, insightful fortnightly reports. About You You’re goal-oriented, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love bringing ideas to life and making an impact through effective marketing. What you bring to the Hive: · A degree or equivalent experience in marketing, comms, business—or even theology! · Strong interpersonal & communication skills—you build great relationships and collaborate like a pro. · Top-notch organization & time management—you juggle multiple priorities with ease. · Ability to work independently and within a team, with confidence to influence and lead. · Digital marketing & social media know-how—you get the online world and how to make it work. · A heart for the Christian NFP sector—you understand the ethos and vision.
