About You We’re looking for someone who is: Customer-focused, friendly, and approachable Confident working independently and in a small team Highly attentive to detail with strong accuracy Trustworthy, reliable, and well-presented Able to remain calm and professional under pressure Experienced in hospitality or gaming (preferred but not essential) Required: RSA Certificate Basic Gaming Training / Gaming Badge (or willingness to obtain) Ready to Apply?
