Job Description We are looking for a new Workshop Manager at our Horsham Branch. As our Workshop Manager, you’ll take on a leadership-first role – empowering your team, driving quality outcomes, and being the key point of contact for customer queries. You’ll oversee workshop performance, ensure job accuracy and quality, and give final approval before equipment goes out the door. You’ll work closely with: A Service Operations Manager who provides strategic direction, data insights, and reporting; and A Service Coordinator who manages day-to-day job flow, internal escalations and provides vital service department coordination. This structure gives you the space to focus on leadership, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction – not just the daily grind. About You We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of technical understanding and people leadership. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: A background in agricultural machinery, diesel mechanics, or related technical fields Experience leading or coordinating teams in a workshop, service, or farm machinery environment A solid understanding of farm equipment diagnostics, repair standards, and customer expectations The ability to balance people management with customer and operational priorities A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for supporting local farming communities Experience with John Deere machinery or other major ag equipment brands will be highly regarded.
