Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, you’ll shape and deliver a forward-thinking technology strategy that drives innovation and supports organisational goals. Broadly, the core responsibilities include: Leadership of the IT team to build and promote a high performing and service-oriented culture Developing and adapting the IT strategy to support organisational growth and evolving needs Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders and vendors Oversight of the IT budget and expenditure, including asset management Oversight of Projects Manage and mitigate risks to ensure robust system integrity and cyber security Technical environment is secure, efficient and operational Alongside meeting the essential criteria, you’ll bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and empower your team and influence decision making at a senior management level. Importantly, ICT governance is integral to your professional identity and approach.
