About the role: The Data Analyst turns complex data into clear insights that inform decisions about our markets, products and customers. You will analyse and model data to support product profitability, NDIS quoting, customer acquisition and program planning. You’ll work with relational databases, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and help improve our analytical tools and reporting capabilities across New Horizons. Your responsibilities: Analyse and interpret data to provide insights into markets, products, customers and organisational performance Develop models to support product profitability, NDIS quoting, forecasting and customer acquisition Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Extract, clean and manage data from relational databases and multiple internal systems Maintain and improve existing reporting dashboards and analytical tools Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes and self-service analytics Support strategic and operational projects with evidence-based analysis and recommendations Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights About you Relevant tertiary qualifications (data, business, statistics, finance, IT or similar) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) Skilled in gathering requirements, defining business metrics and designing interactive dashboards using software such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools while adhering to data visualisation best practices to create user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards Demonstrated ability to develop insightful reports and dashboards in Power BI Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving Pre-employment Checks: Current Police Check ( Issued within the last 3 months) Current NSW Drivers License NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) NSW WWCC (or willingness to obtain How to Apply: To register your interest, please click ‘Apply Now’ and provide a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
