You will prepare, bake, and present a variety of bread products to maintain our high standards. This position aligns with ANZSCO 351111 – Baker . Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, rolls, buns, and specialty loaves from scratch. Measure, mix, knead, shape, and proof dough according to recipes. Operate baking equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace. Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of all products. Assist with stock management and minimise waste. Work as part of a team to meet production schedules. Requirements Skills & Experience Previous bakery experience preferred. Knowledge of baking techniques and dough handling. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications (desirable) Certificate III in Baking or equivalent experience.
