You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls, buns, and specialty loaves, maintaining the high standards of Baker’s Delight. Key Responsibilities Prepare, mix, knead, shape, and proof dough according to recipes. Bake breads, rolls, buns, and specialty products from scratch. Operate baking equipment safely and maintain a hygienic workspace. Ensure products are consistent, fresh, and high-quality. Assist with ingredient management, stock rotation, and waste minimisation. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production schedules. Requirements Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial bakery. Knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. Understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements. Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications (desirable) Certificate III in Baking or equivalent experience.
