About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join our Graduate Physiotherapist Mentoring Program as a Graduate Physiotherapist. In this full-time role based in Mudgee, NSW, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to the local community. The program offers a structured and comprehensive mentoring approach to help you develop your skills and transition into clinical practice. What you'll be doing Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for a diverse client base Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care Participate in regular mentoring sessions and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the organisation Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Recent or soon-to-be graduate (AHPRA registered or nearly there) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality, patient-centred care Passion for continuing professional development and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes Willingness to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists What we offer At MudgeePhysio, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
