We’re searching for a creative, camera-confident Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to join VenueNow for 20-24 hours per week. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their marketing career - 1-2 years of experience is ideal, but junior candidates are absolutely welcome. We’ll provide training, mentorship and hands-on learning inside a fast-growing tech startup. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social, loves storytelling, and knows how to create content that feels relatable, fun, hype-driving - and occasionally goes viral. About the Role As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll sit at the centre of VenueNow’s content engine across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and our website. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to create original content, jump on trends, design assets, support campaigns and drive more traffic, awareness and event briefs. This is a genuinely creative role where you’ll ideate, film, edit, write, build, post and analyse - not just admin work. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Creation & Social Execution Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok & Instagram (you must be comfortable being on camera recording voiceovers). Create scroll-stopping social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn - stories, reels, posts, carousels and behind-the-scenes moments. Jump on trends and adapt them into brand-relevant content that drives engagement. Attend industry events and capture content to reshare across social. Create trending videos that increase brand awareness. Design & Creative Design social assets, carousel posts, ads and promotional content in Canva (and/or other programs). Contribute to creative ideation for new campaigns, product features, venue launches and storytelling moments. Maintain brand consistency across tone, colours, visual style and messaging. Email, Web & SEO Build and schedule EDMs. Update landing pages and assist with basic SEO optimisation. Community & Growth Help drive traffic to the VenueNow website, to generate more event briefs, acquire new customers and new partners. Grow our social channels by increasing followers, engagement and overall brand visibility across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Respond to comments, DMs and mentions with authenticity, warmth and a consistent brand voice. Identify relevant creators, influencers and brand advocates to boost organic reach. Support weekly and monthly reporting, analytics and insights across social and email to inform continuous improvement. Who are you? You'll shine in this role if you: Have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media (but juniors with strong skills and passion are welcome). Are confident filming yourself and being on camera. Are proficient with TikTok, Instagram, CapCut and Canva. Are a strong writer with solid attention to detail. Have an understanding of brand, aesthetic, tone and storytelling. Are creative, proactive, organised and eager to learn. Keep up with platform trends and know what makes people stop scrolling.
