What You’ll Be Doing As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll apply your clinical expertise to support individuals recovering from injury, illness or disability. You’ll complete assessments, provide practical recommendations, and guide people through their recovery and return-to-work journey. You will: Conduct a variety of clinical assessments aligned to your discipline, including functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, workplace assessments and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments Identify appropriate recovery and return-to-work pathways, and assist clients exploring retraining or future employment options Apply strong case management skills to coordinate, monitor and support clients throughout their rehabilitation plan Provide clear clinical recommendations through high-quality reporting Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, medical providers and other key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes What’s in it for You A positive, supportive team culture with experienced leaders and peer support. What You’ll Bring AHPRA or ESSA (AEP) professional registration. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A compassionate approach and strong commitment to client-centred care. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team. Current Working with Children Check and ability to complete a National Criminal History Check. Ready to Make a Difference?
