Create and update sales presentations, templates, and training materials for customers and internal teams. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to keep sales tools accurate and user‑friendly. Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform campaigns and strategies. Build visual guides, streamline content workflows, and improve performance tracking. Coordinate tenders, from gathering inputs to delivering polished, customer‑focused submissions.
