About the role The Recruitment Coordinator supports both recruitment and broader HR operations for the Data Center Physical Security program serving a multimillion-dollar client account. In this role, you will partner with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to ensure smooth talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR administration. You will provide critical support to HRBPs, act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers and help strengthen the overall effectiveness of the recruiting and HR functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence. What you’ll do You will coordinate recruitment activities, including following up with local branches on offer statuses and pre-employment checks, and maintaining organized recruitment files with all required documentation such as job descriptions, approvals, and completed interview guides. You will review and localize job descriptions to ensure compliance with local regulations and support hiring managers in adopting best practice interview techniques. In addition, you will assist with new hire onboarding, including system entries, identity pass setup, IT equipment orders, and send welcome communications. You will track new-hire check-ins, employee birthdays, and anniversaries, and support offboarding activities such as exit interviews, transition notifications, and company property returns. The role also provides recruitment and market pay analytics, contributes to presentation materials for stakeholders, serves as a first point of contact for HR queries, and supports compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will contribute to process improvement and documentation initiatives to ensure the HR function operates efficiently and effectively. What you need to apply Candidates should have 3 years of HR administrative experience, preferably including recruitment support, with international recruitment experience considered a plus. A secondary school diploma is required; a university degree is preferred. You must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining seamless collaboration across teams.
