About the team and work This role will support the rollout and ongoing training of internally developed workflow and document production software and is an essential role within our highly regarded IT team. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders in the firm including IT, L&D, Partners, Lawyers, and support staff. Reporting to the firms IT Business Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders adopt and deliver training solutions. Prepare and develop material for the user acceptance and rollout phase of the new matter workflow project and ensure all training requirements are correct. Delivering training to internal stakeholders and coordinate and deliver refresher training for the team. The team encourage flexibility and are open to candidates seeking a full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week) role. About you At least 3 years’ experience in a technical trainer role, law firm experience is desirable. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering classroom-based, remote, and 1:1 training. Proficiency with training tools (creating video content and PowerPoint slides), web conferencing systems, Microsoft Office suite and other visual presenting tools. Ability to demonstrate experience on software projects is advantageous.
