We’re partnering with a large national organisation to recruit two Procurement Compliance Officers for an immediate start. What You’ll Be Doing Purchase Requisition Review Review purchase requisitions routed to Procurement Compliance. Apply a structured checklist — value thresholds, quotes, documentation, supplier verification, category alignment and DAL checks. Validate submissions across categories including consumables, plant & equipment, logistics, FM/site services, construction & maintenance and more. Identify misclassified categories or missing information. Actioning Requisitions Apply accurate Approve / Hold / Reject decisions. Provide constructive feedback to users and maintain comment records. Ensure decisions align with procurement policy, compliance and risk requirements. Supplier, Contract & Quote Validation Assess quotes, scopes, contract alignment and rate cards. Confirm competitive sourcing requirements (1–2 quotes as applicable). Conduct simple RFQs for low-complexity, policy-driven purchases. Verify preferred/contracted supplier usage. Data, Reporting & Governance Accurately record outcomes and support procurement governance. Flag recurring spend, catalogue opportunities and sourcing triggers. Identify and report No PO No Pay breaches. Stakeholder Engagement Provide clear, policy-aligned guidance to users and site teams. Communicate required corrective actions (e.g., missing scope/quotes). Escalate high-value or non-compliant requests. Continuous Improvement Identify non-compliance trends. Support procurement process improvements and system efficiency initiatives. What You’ll Bring 2 years’ experience in procurement, buying, contracts, commercial support or category analysis. Strong understanding of categories such as FM, construction, logistics, consumables and plant/equipment. Ability to interpret procurement policy, contracts, DALs and rate cards. ERP/eProcurement experience (Coupa highly regarded). Excellent judgment, documentation accuracy and attention to detail. Confident communicator able to challenge and guide stakeholders professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Strong Excel skills; experience with Monday.com or digital workflow tools beneficial. Why Apply?
