About the role We're searching for a part-time Business Coordinator (20 hours per week) to help keep our Brisbane studio running smoothly. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment. This role offers flexibility — including school-hours friendly options — and is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, people-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients and other guests to the studio, preparing meeting areas for client meetings with catering/coffee, and assisting with event coordination. Maintain studio supplies by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for day-to-day operations.
