This role involves caring for our 17-month-old, with two of those days also including our 4-year-old. You are a nurturing and adaptable Educator who: Holds a strong commitment to social justice, inclusion, and equity. Possesses strong Auslan skills, or is highly motivated to learn and develop fluency quickly. Has an up-to-date understanding of neurodiversity in children, and embraces inclusive, affirming practices. Supports a healthy, safe exploration of the local community as part of everyday learning and development. You must: - Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state - Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
