About the Role You will be providing quality support to NDIS participants across Ashcroft and the surrounding suburbs, ensuring their safety, independence, and wellbeing. (surrounding suburbs include: Ashcroft, Hackenberg, Busby, Miller, Sadleir, Cartwright, Lurnea, Warwick Farm, Cabramatta, Cabramatta West, Mount Pritchard, Preston, Moore bank, Casula, Glenfield, Holsworthy, Wattle Grove, Hammondville, Fairfield, Fairfield West, Bonnyrigg, Bonnyrigg Heights, Green Valley, Hinchinbrook, and Cecil Hills) What We're Looking For We are seeking support workers who are: Experienced in disability and/or mental health support (at least 1 year experience) Well-presented with strong communication skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) Compassionate , dependable, and professional Mandatory Requirements Applicants must have: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check Police Check (issued within the last 12 months) First Aid & CPR (current and updated) Infection Control Certificate NDIS Orientation Modules completed Working With Children Check (WWCC) Own reliable transport , comprehensive insurance & full NSW driver's licence How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready to join a supportive and professional team, please send your resume and certificates to office@payworx.com.au
