Searson Buck is partnering with a well respected local jeweller to find a customer focused Retail Assistant to join their team. This is a part time position with Fridays essential, plus one additional weekday, with the opportunity for extra hours in the lead up to Christmas. In this role, you’ll support customers as they select the perfect piece to mark milestones, choose gifts for loved ones, and enjoy the experience of owning something truly special. You’ll also handle repairs, purchases and general enquiries, maintain the presentation of the store, and bring a warm, confident approach to customer service. Retail experience is essential, but just as important is a genuine interest in helping customers choose something meaningful.
