North West Hospital and Health Service (HHS) Unique locations Friendly communities Regional, rural and remote $$$ incentives About the role As the Administration Officer Child Health, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and smooth delivery of the Maternal, Child and Youth Health service. This permanent full-time position provides administrative, scheduling and customer service support to a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, health monitoring and health promotion for children and families. In this role you will: - Coordinate clinic access, appointments and follow-up for Maternal, Child and Youth Health services. - Maintain essential resources and systems, including ordering supplies and managing service requirements. - Manage patient bookings, waitlist processes, cancellations and rescheduling using relevant information systems. - Contribute to a safe, high-quality service by following established policies, procedures and continuous improvement practices.
