As Lead Delivery Manager for Consumer, you will orchestrate the successful delivery of our most strategic initiatives across Quantium's global Consumer vertical. This is a high-impact role spanning diverse initiatives from syndicated insights delivery to AI-driven automation and new product development. You will be the critical link between strategy and execution, ensuring our Client Partnership teams can focus on client relationships whilst you drive flawless project delivery. Working closely with senior leadership across Consumer Analytics, Operations, Strategy Growth and Innovation, and Client Partnership teams, you'll manage cross-functional delivery of high-visibility projects where success is measured in both client satisfaction and commercial outcomes. How will you make an impact? Strategic project delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of high-value Consumer initiatives from syndicated reporting to AI automation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution Cross-functional orchestration: Coordinate delivery across Analytics, Product, Technology, and Operations teams, building effective relationships across geographic boundaries Governance and reporting: Lead resource planning, financial tracking, and executive reporting across the Consumer portfolio Risk management: Proactively surface delivery risks, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies across competing priorities Team enablement: Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain team momentum through challenges The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team Delivery leadership: 7-10 years' experience as a delivery manager, scrum master, or project manager in data, analytics or technology environments Executive communication: Strong ability to distil complex information for executive audiences and facilitate dialogue across technical and business stakeholders Influential collaboration: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive outcomes across organisational boundaries Methodological flexibility: Practical expertise applying agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs Commercial acumen: Strong capability managing resource plans, budgets, and implementing effective risk mitigation practices Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying.
