Benefits on Offer: Above-award salary remote allowance, additional allowances & superannuation Four weeks annual leave plus two weeks off during the festive period Relocation allowance Housing available Quarterly flights to Darwin Subsidised childcare Employee Assistance Program Length of service incentives Online inductions and professional development What You’ll Do Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with policies, regulations, legislation, and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Collaborate with the Programs Manager and service team to design, implement and evaluate high-quality programs for children Drive continuous improvement and ensure the service not only meets but exceeds NQS requirements Model organisational values, demonstrating professionalism, cultural safety, and ethical practice Build strong partnerships with families, staff, and the community Ensure a safe environment through adherence to WHS requirements and duty of care Act as a Responsible Person for the service Selection Criteria Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved) Current First Aid & CPR Clear NPC and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain) Must be located in Australia with full working rights Strong organisational and time-management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to organisational ethics, values, policies, and culture Demonstrated experience building effective relationships with staff, families, and community Dedication to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery Knowledge of relevant state and Commonwealth laws and regulations If you’re passionate about early childhood, committed to community connection, and ready to embrace the rewarding challenges of remote work, we’d love to hear from you.
