Sorters Roster: Initial 3-month casual duration with the potential to move to permanent direct with the client | Working Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 3.30pm Duties & Responsibilities: Sorting recyclables from conveyor line - fast moving conveyor, repetitive work, noisy and dusty environment Cleaning of working areas and outside Audit waste as required by Local Council Representatives and clients, and provide accurate reporting as required on time to a high standard Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on equipment as required Review existing procedures on a regular basis, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety Operating Forklift or Loader Skills and Experience: Forklift & Loader Licence Experience in bailing or previous waste experience Good work ethic Ability to complete repetitive, mundane tasks - working on a sorting line for long periods of time can make you feel seasick Commitment to safety & Self-motivated Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with high attention to detail About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
