Your new role Are you an experienced Senior Account Director or Traffic Manager ready to take the next step? As Studio Lead at AustralianSuper , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our in-house Creative Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our internal studio – driving efficiency, fostering creativity and ensuring seamless delivery across the Fund. As a people leader, you will have two direct reports in the team’s copywriters, and you will manage studio scheduling, prioritisation, and workflow planning for a talented, multi-disciplinary team (design, video, copy). You’ll keep projects moving, maintain quality standards and empower the delivery of exceptional creative work and timely delivery. Key duties include but are not limited to: Oversee end-to-end studio workflow, including project requests and resource allocation. Manage scheduling of studio work programs and assist creative team to prioritise workloads. Support Manager Creative Services to scope and prioritise incoming projects and liaise with stakeholders on timing. Support continuous improvement and effectiveness of studio operations, optimise processes and champion best practices in creative delivery. Oversee time tracking, manage project sizing and team resource planning. Lead collaborative creative projects, develop and maintain project timelines, undertake project management and ensure creative effectiveness across team members. Ensure all creative studio work aligns with brand guidelines and manage updates to Brand Guidelines in collaboration with the Brand team. Manage Creative Templates for stakeholder self-service, scope new templates and assist with updates. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and utilise your effective negotiation and leadership skills to ensure creative solutions meet business needs. Foster a collaborative and positive studio culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development. Provide people leadership and support to two direct reports (copywriters) including regular 1-on-1s and ongoing constructive feedback. What you’ll need Tertiary degree in a Creative field such as Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent. Experience in a creative studio or agency environment, with multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to manage studio workflow and resource capacity. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly at senior leadership levels. Proactive drive with excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
