Senior Estimator - Civil Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support the delivery of civil infrastructure projects and guide the estimating function within our organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate estimating activities Prepare and review tenders Support negotiations and handovers to project teams Mentor junior estimating staff Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge Estimate works across land development, water infrastructure, and road/drainage projects About You 10 years' experience in civil construction Strong background in both estimating and project delivery - Subdivisons, VicRoads, Utilities First-principles estimating capability Experience preparing subcontractor packages Understanding of local market conditions Knowledge of estimating software (any platform) is an advantage What is on Offer Professional development opportunities Employee recognition and wellbeing support Flexible work options A positive, inclusive workplace environment In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
