The opportunity:As our Senior Software Developer, you will have the opportunity to apply technical knowledge to develop, maintain and implement solutions into the Salesforce platform and services. You will leverage your Salesforce expertise to identify, analyse, and implement innovative solutions using structured problem-solving strategies. The Senior Software Developer, will be responsible to: Translate conceptual, logical and physical solutions into robust Salesforce applications. Collaborate with business areas to deliver practical solutions that balance performance, usability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness while meeting business needs. Monitor and optimise application performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements. Mentor and coach junior staff fostering growth and building capability within the ITP team. Prepare cost analyses, design considerations and implementation timeframes for new developments. Administer Salesforce through managing platform configurations and monitor solution implementations. Promote a workplace that values innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for (qualifications, registrations, experience):We are looking for a tech savvy individual who has demonstrated experience in successfully delivering Salesforce-based solutions and has strong skills and experience across Salesforce: platform capabilities configuration, customisation and development patterns and tools data modelling and management DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will also have: Strong knowledge across the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience leading Salesforce projects or teams, including planning, resource allocation, mentoring and adherence to standards and timeframes. Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. Desirable Salesforce certifications or tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
