What You Will Be Doing: Your initial focus will be on a series of multi-storey accommodation projects. You will work closely with senior management, the client, consultants and the main contractor to keep delivery aligned, communication clear, and momentum steady. This is an excellent opportunity to work under a highly respected team leader and gain hands-on project management experience. It is an ideal role for someone with a tier one construction background or services engineering experience who is ready to step into a consultancy environment and broaden their exposure. Day to Day: Lead, attend and minute PCG meetings. Ensure time, cost and quality requirements are consistently met Assist with contract management, design coordination and project documentation Prepare and issue project reports for clients and key stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress Foundation For Success: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline Contract administration experience with a builder is highly regarded Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders A genuine desire to build a career in project management on complex projects Who You Are: You understand how construction contracts work, you can step into PCG meetings with confidence, and you bring the communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn that set emerging project managers apart.
