Due to the continuous growth of the agency, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a top-performing Director who leads the Sydney market. This role is all about relationships, organisation and results. You’ll be the go-to support for a high-performing sales team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes while helping keep clients front and centre. Have real ownership in your role, with variety and autonomy Contribute to a genuine team culture where you feel valued and encouraged to be your best The Role: Preparation and administration for all properties listed for sale throughout the entire process - including vendor and buyer management Prepare properties for sale - repairs, photoshoots, and styling Preparing listing and appraisal presentation kits Liaise with clients, internal teams and third party suppliers Oversee diary coordination, database upkeep, and report compilation. The Person: Previous experience as a sales administrator, personal assistant or executive assistant role within Real Estate is required Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, reliable car and drivers licence A passion for real estate and a strong desire to progress in your career Does this sound like your next role?
