We’re seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis , supporting our Head Chef in leading the kitchen operations across multiple outlets and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for every guest. Your day-to-day impact Oversee daily kitchen operations, preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes. Maintain exceptional standards of food hygiene, health, and safety. Support the Head Chef with menu planning, ordering, stock control, and cost management. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to deliver excellence in service and teamwork. Collaborate with front-of-house and resort management to ensure a seamless dining experience. Monitor equipment, manage maintenance, and uphold kitchen cleanliness and compliance standards. Contribute to menu innovation and the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction results. What you’ll bring to the team Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) – essential. Proven experience in a similar Sous Chef or senior kitchen role. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and inspire others. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance. A hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment.
