Synergie is seeking Multiple Afternoon Shifts Forklift Operators for our client, who is Australia’s leading national logistics company located in Altona North, VIC . $37 per hour(Day shift rate) Super Penalties Ongoing Opportunities Monday to Friday | starts between 3PM - 5PM and finish between 11PM - 1AM What you will be required to do: As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading and supporting transport warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: Operating counterbalance forklift to pick and put away stocks for incoming trucks Loading and unloading trucks and replenishing stock into racking Managing pallet movements, stock rotations, and ensuring accurate inventory placement Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is used safely and correctly Working in a fast-paced environment Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse To be successful in the role you will: Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence Have proven experience operating forklift in a transport logisitcs and warehouse/distribution environment MUST be able to load and unload items MUST be comfortable to start between 3PM - 5PM Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Be able to work effectively within a team and under time pressures Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Please note successful applicants will need to undergo Police Check and Medical.
